BIt is prepared by using an average of 40 layers of dough. Green pistachio grown in Gaziantep region is used in its content. It is cooked at the temperature determined by 140 years of experience and sherbet with a special sherbet.
Ingredients: Plain oil, Pistachio, milk, semolina, egg, wheat flour, wheat starch, corn starch, salt, water, sugar, lemon juice
Contains Gluten - Lactose - Egg - Pistachio. It may also contain other nuts.
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight environment. Do not store in fridge, consume within a few days.
