4. The Delivery of the Product has entered into force with the approval of the
Contract by the Buyer in electronic environment, and is performed by the

order form and in this Agreement and to the specified authorized person(s).
5. Delivery Costs and customs costs shall be borne by the Buyer, Product

price is not paid by the Buyer for any reason or the payment is canceled in the
bank records, the Seller is not liable for the product delivery.
6. Buyer's Representations and Commitments; The Buyer declares that he has read

7. Seller's Statements and Commitments; The Seller is responsible for
delivering the product subject to the Contract to the Buyer in accordance with

manuals, if any. If the Seller cannot deliver the product subject to the
contract in due time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances that

8. Right of Withdrawal; The Buyer may exercise its right of withdrawal within
14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without taking any legal or penal

necessary customs and similar costs). It will be returned to the Buyer in one

cases: In contracts relating to goods or services whose prices vary depending
on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the
control of the Seller; In contracts for the delivery of products that are
prepared according to the wishes of the Buyer or clearly in line with his
personal needs, that are not suitable for return due to their nature and that
are in danger of spoiling quickly or that are likely to expire; in contracts
for the delivery of those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and
hygiene; For products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal,
package have been opened after delivery; in contracts for the delivery of those

regarding products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot

within the scope of the Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts belongs to
the Seller. However, the Buyer shall directly convey his/her complaints about
the purchased products to the Seller. In disputes that may arise regarding this
Distance Sales Contract; Provincial or District Arbitration Committees for
Consumer Problems in the Istanbul (Central) courts are authorized in
disputes over the declared value.

The Buyer accepts that in disputes that may arise from this Agreement, the
